Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. "A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)"
