The property was not clean. We found hair in the pillows and sheets. My sister was itching after sleeping on the sheets. No air conditioning nor air flow. When you open the window to get sir, you are surrounded by building with noisy residents. Can’t close the curtains for privacy because you need air in the room. Sweden is beautiful, but this hotel ruins the experience.

Personalen på reseptionen var inte så gala eller servicevilliga men kökespersonalen hjälpte gärna till. Familjerummet praktiskt men trist utsikt och sängen var ganska hårt . Maten var god, kanske inte smoothie eller äggröran men annars fräscht och bra. Trevligt med kaffe, croissanter och frukt vid foajén . Fin spaavdelning.
