Summary:
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in desirable Park Circle area.

The Space:
The home offers a spacious living and dining room with a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with an air fryer, coffee maker, keurig, and other kitchen essentials.

This home features two bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. In addition, this home also features an additional room with a connected half bath that can be used as a third bedroom if need be.

Parking is available in the garage or on the street.

The Neighborhood:
This southern gem is located in Park Circle's trendy Mixson Community conveniently located near all of Park Circle's hot spots. Some of my favorite places to visit in Park Circle are EVO Pizza, Lola's Creole Cuisine, Basil, Jackrabbit Filly Paddock and Whiskey, Firefly Distillery, Commonhouse Ale Works and Holy City Brewing. You will also be located within close proximity to North Charleston area attractions such as the Tanger Outlets, Top Golf, Whirlin' Waters, the North Charleston Coliseum, and Riverfront Park, the Firefly Distillery. Downtown Charleston is just a ten minute drive away and the beaches are approximately 30 minutes away.

Long term stays are welcomed and encouraged. Please reach out to me directly to discuss terms of booking a long term stay. Additional security deposit and cleaning fees may be required for long term stays.
