Perfect Location
It's a great place to stay. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. Cozy living room with pellet stove. Kitchen great for warming leftovers and coffee. Guys ski at Brettonwoods and girls shop around so it's a perfect location.

Annual shopping trip
Great place, very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the location plus the walking trails in back of the condo. Only downside was that we weren't able to use the wood stove due to a crack in the glass, but we would definitely rent again.

Very clean, quiet. Easy parking. The only thing I missed was having a footstool (I like to put my feet up after a hard vacation day). Kitchen well stocked, heat worked quickly with separate thermostats for each room to allow for different comfort levels. I would book here again.

A wonderful stay
We stayed in the condo during February vacation. The location is great for skiing in the North Conway area. I had a few questions and Al, the owner, got back to me right away. The condo is spacious, very well equipped and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time.

Quiet, well maintained
Super convenient to N. Conway Center but in a quiet and quaint development. Unfortunately New England was in a rainy jag but well stocked and clean condo provided a nice respite from daily grind. Been vacationing in NH for many years and would definitely recommend this condo complex.

Our Favorite Spot in North Conway
We've stayed here several times over the last few years and it's been a great experience every time. The unit is very cozy, nicely decorated and well-stocked. We love waking up to the peaceful view of the birch and pine trees in the morning. The new pellet stove is really nice and super easy to use. The development as a whole is very nicely maintained and the location is great. Al, the owner, is a great guy and we look forward to coming back the next chance we get!

Cozy yet spacious condo in quiet nieghborhood
Our family stayed at Al's condo during our recent trip to Story Land, and it was perfect! The pictures don't do the condo justice. It has a cozy vibe, but it's a good size. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with anything we needed to prep the food we brought, and stocked with plenty of games to play on a rainy morning. There's no AC, but the place stayed cool and comfortable. The back deck is a nice bonus, and there's plenty of space for kids to run around outside. We didn't swim this trip, but the pool looked nice and clean. Al has really thought of everything to ensure an excellent stay!

Excellent Property
Pictures don't do it justices. The condo was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Also extremely clean. Al was readily available to answer questions and very friendly. Quiet location close enough so you're near restaurants and shopping but out of the way so that it's quiet. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to visit again!

Perfect getaway!
We've stayed in a lot of different condo's over the years, but this was one of our favorites. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and updated. Plenty of space for our family of five. Al was very easy to communicate with, always responding quickly to our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the great selection of board games. A very easy drive to Mt. Cranmore, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxation!
What a great place to kick back and relax before heading back to school! We totally enjoyed spending time at the pool and On the deck. There was even lawn space so we could play corn hole. The large high top table was wonderful and many games of Skip Bo were played. We're planning to book again next year for an entire week.

Potential Lock Issue
The stay was great, but upon picking up the property, I noticed there may be a gap in the Election Lock security. You can input the lock key, and the door will lock, but a simple jiggle or the handle bypassed the lock and opened the door regardless of the system. The owner may want to look into this.

Perfect Stay!!
similar to other reviewers, pictures do NOT do this place justice! Clean, spacious, perfect for a few days in the mountains. So unbelievably close to Cranmore (can see it from the street), enough room to spread out and not have to share a bathroom with your kids, includes all the things needed to be comfortable for a few days. One tip, in the winter do not arrive with cold children that have just spent the afternoon outdoors, they will be whining, bc the place and water heater do need a bit of time to warm up. Fortunately there were blankets and TVs and everyone survived :) would stay here again in an absolute heartbeat.
