My wife and I brought the puppies for a two day stay, the first room they put us in was trashed and hadn’t been checked the second room. They put a sin didn’t have a microwave or adequate toilet paper. The hot tub was scolding It was so hot. It burned my foot just checking on it, it was reported to staff and nothing was done, this place was a whole and ruined my entire trip. We left one day early because of this won’t use Expedia again.

My wife and I brought the puppies for two days stay and we left after one day because, to start the room they put us in, had never been turned and was filthy, they had to put us in another room, which was pretty dirty as well, the main thing was the hot tub was so hot It scolded me and another guest, we’re not talking a little hot. We’re talking scolding, boiling hot, I let the staff know far as I can tell nothing was done to stay was so bad we left after one night. In addition, no microwave in the room pretty ridiculous.

The property was dated and required a good cleaning. The balcony was good, it would be better with a working light and perhaps a table for the drinks. Pool was down for routine repair(normal) but received no advanced notice. Three pieces of equipment in the gym room was out of order and the two peloton bikes with no subscription for use.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely awful. We arrived at 6:30 PM for our room. We were told the room was not cleaned yet and we would receive a call within an hour. We returned to the hotel at 9PM and our room was still not ready. We waited until 10PM to get checked into our room - which upon arrival had a ball of hair in the bathtub and 5 ladybugs on the ceiling. The front staff informed us to come back to the desk in the morning to speak with a manager regarding our check in and reimbursement, but no one was present at the desk in the morning. This service was ridiculous, there were no accommodations prepared for those who had to wait and none of our concerns were handled. We were informed a manager would reach out and have received nothing. The money spent at this stay was not worth it and I would like to get a reimbursement for the cost.

The property was very nice and clean, close to everything, only downfall was the indoor pool was closed for the entire 3 days we were there. Was hopping to go for a swim to relax but did not happen . Breakfast buffet was on point ! Excellent options and delicious!

This is a great place to stay. No problems checking in. They also have a washer/dryer for anyone to use. That was helpful, since this was mid-way through our trip. This is right in the middle of town - easy access to food, shopping, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I think the property might be going through a renovation. The walls are thin, so you hear every door closing and kids running in the halls. The bed was awful, only a half roll of toliet paper with no backup toliet paper. Oddly, the door was open when we got to our room. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in our room didn’t work. There was no one at the front desk for check out. I would not stay here again.

Our keys did not work for the door. Had to go back to front desk and they reprogrammed the keys but still did not work. Lady from front desk came and eventually got her master to work and said they would send someone up to look at door but that didn’t happen so had to leave door adj at if leaving . Tub was dirty. Bathroom fan didn’t work and they left us conditioner and moisturizer but no shampoo. Location was convenient

Property has been updated at some point but still old. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine available and lot of community sitting areas throughout the hotel. Bed did not even have a bed skirt on the box springs. Bed was relatively uncomfortable and room was musty. Small bathroom with limited counter space.

Carpet smelled like urine, black mold on the ceiling, dirty curtains, foot prints on the wall, feces marks on and in the toilet, no blanket on the bed and the mattress cover was stained. (We checked.for bed bugs)
