"Can’t really beat location. The bay, the sunsets and a quiet neighborhood are all fantastic. The openness of the home provides room for everyone and still makes you feel cozy. TV instructions would be nice. New chair pads for the furniture would make it comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer. Fabulous to be able to bring my dog to such a beautiful area. We’ll be back."

"This house was perfect for our family; my husband and I brought our two teen children, and each of them brought a friend. The house was nicely laid out, clean, and offered everything we needed to have a restful week on the cape. The beach (bay side) is just steps from the house and was beautiful. We were also able to bring our golden retriever, which made our vacation even nicer!"

"Nice little spot overlooking the bay. Vacasa was responsive about a very minor repair issue. Tiny kitchen but adequate if you don’t plan on doing much cooking. Really appreciated all the relevant reference material about the area/ history/birding/etc. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. "

"The property description was inaccurate. There is no dishwasher as described in the listing. The washer/dryer and grill were underhouse behind heavy garage door and down outdoor slope to access. Of particular concern was the state of the king and queen size beds. Both were extremely hard, with mattress springs that could be felt. Beds need replacing.
