"For a small cottage it was spacious, had modern amenities. The listing says harbor view but you have to look thru power lines, power poles and a lobster processing plant. The side stone steps are overgrown with vegetation making it hard to maneuver. All in all a good experience."

A small screened in porch, a deck, large flat granite rocks, the outside seating options are numerous. "This is a BEAUTIFUL property. The home was spotless, and the patio deck was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out in the morning with our coffee and taking in the scenery. The owners are wonderful people, and we got to meet them personally. The appliances are top-of-the-line, and all the accessories were provided. If we ever return to Deer Isle, we will be looking to stay here again."
