"There needs to be a bigger sign for turning into the property on Roberta. The sign takes you back to I20 west and have to go a few miles to turn around. "

"The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. It could be a very cute place with a little effort. "
