"We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again."

"The location of this condo could not have been better. It is one block from the center of Main Street and a short walk to the Gondola and to the Breckenridge Troll. We did not need our car once we arrived. Condo had everything we needed for a short stay."

"The great room is exactly as pictured: the room has comfy furniture & beautiful views of the woods. The condo is truly a short walk to downtown bars and restaurants. For those two points, this is a 5-star condo unit. However, I have downgraded this unit due to (1) maintenance issues which to me affected the unit's cleanliness and (2.) inaccuracy of the listing. As to (1), when I arrived on a Friday afternoon, the commode in the small bathroom was running. I reported the problem on Saturday, but...
