"We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!"

"An amazing weekend celebrating our daughters wedding was enhanced by a stay at this beautiful cottage. Our host Steve was very attentive to every little detail. And a big "Thank You!" for the home made carrot cake! Delicious. The surrounding property allowed for stunning photos of the bride and groom. We are so very appreciative of the space to prepare, as well as the little bit of extra time for check out the last day. Regrouping with family in the morning was more than what we could ever...

"This is just the cutest little house ever thar was even the perfect size for our family of 3 adults and 5 children. The loft is amazing with the 3 beds. Then 2 bedrooms with full size beds but if we had to change one thing would be to have one bed bigger than a full because it was a tight squeeze with 2 adults on a full. This house was throughly thought out and maximize every space and the decor is so cute the perfect beach cottage. It has everything there for you from towels to even boogie...
