"This place was amazing. My family really appreciated and loved the decorations that had been put out. It made it feel homey. Although we did not use it we liked the game area in the garage, thought it was a great idea. Our next trip to Lincoln we would definitely try and stay here. "

"Nice place to gather and enjoy family time. Had an issue, but host was able to get it fixed. Only downside was neighbors were partying outside late and it affected the ability to get to sleep in 2 of the bedrooms. "

"Loved this property for my family of 4. It was great to have the separate bedroom with multiple sleeping options. With it being a basement, we could hear some noise from upstairs, but it wasn’t too bad (something I was worried about since I’m a light sleeper). Would definitely stay here again. "

"A lovely, gracious house, immaculately decorated (I especially appreciated the holiday decorations as it is always hard to travel at the holidays). Astrid is a thoughtful host and was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. The kitchen is well-equipped if you are cooking for yourself."

"We went to Lincoln for a concert and to enjoy a few outings. The house was nicely located very near to many restaurants,shopping stores, and the event center but far enough off the busy roads to be quiet. The owner was very quick to get back to us on any questions we had. It was a great weekend."

"A great little house in an excellent location. My family and I reserved the house for Thanksgiving while visiting our son at Nebraska Wesleyan. As advertised the house was well stocked and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back as we plan future trips to Lincoln. Thank you!"

"The all black decor was a little much, not my taste, but beautifully done. Lots of little extras...the coffee and all condiments, a snack "basket" and shower supplies. Great towels, comfortable beds and bedding. Off-street parking was a plus. My only sort of negative thing was not knowing that it was the lower apartment of two. I dont hink anything indicated that is wasn't just "our house". The people upstairs were a bit loud, not making noise as much as just the footsteps were very pronounced...
