Our home is fully appointed for our guests and has all the creature comforts of a home.  Guests can cook meals in our fully appointed kitchen that is stocked with all cookware, dishes, and utensils.  Catch up on your favorite shows with our new Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.  

Enjoy plenty of sleeping options with sleeping for up to 6 guests including a queen size bed, bunk bed, and sleeper sofa.  With a separate bedroom, guests can enjoy privacy or mix and mingle whenever they please!  Step outside and listen to the waves crashing from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean just across the street.  There is a pool deck at our condo, as well as direct beach access right across the street for your convenience and enjoyment.

-We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
-This is a non-smoking condo. 
-NO motorcycles/golf carts/ trailers allowed.
-Pool is closed from November 1st- April 1st per HOA.
-Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am.
-2 Pets Allowed (Maximum 2 dogs, 25 lbs each)
-Check in Instructions will be sent 3 days before check in.
-Linens and Towels Provided
-Beach Towels Not Provided
-One Parking Space provided for this unit

The property was nice overall, but some updates would be nice. I recommend replacing the fridge since it wouldn’t keep the drinks very cold. Also, the A/C unit needs a good cleaning, as it made our clothes and sheets damp and gave them a mildew smell.

Loved the location snd the unit however the reason I gave it a 3 overall was that the unit was 2 rooms however the weather through on some cold weather snd there was only one heater so I would have to move the heater in order to stay warm.

Location was great and pool was clean. However, the room could have used a bit more attention. There were hairs still on the pillows and a big stain on the comforter. A enough sand to make a beach left in the leather recliner. Also the bottom of the cabinet under the bathroom sink was rotten and fallen in. They could make a few updates and hire a new cleaning company and it would be a great place.

Directly across the street from the beach, and really quiet. Perfect for a short stay. The only critique would be that the beds were not very comfortable, and the bedroom was a bit warm other than that it was a great stay.

This unit is right across the street from the beach. That’s the best thing I can say about the unit. It is very, very small. I was traveling with my mom and 2 large dogs. The place was really too small for 2 big dogs. The shower was tiny and the shower head was so low that I had to squat down to rinse the shampoo from my hair - and I’m only 5’4”. There was a chirping sound in the living room/kitchen area. Fortunately the sound did not carry into the bedroom. I contacted the owner about it, and someone came to investigate the situation but I wasn’t there when they came so my mom, who couldn’t hear the chirping noise, told them to come back later when I would be there, but he didn’t. Again, the location is great. The neighbors were all very friendly. When I took my dogs for walks, one being a very friendly Golden Retriever, everyone greeted us and my dog got lots of belly rubs. And across the street from the beach - fabulous!

We enjoyed several features of the property including, location - close to beach, pool cleanliness, condo size and general cleanliness, TV. Appliances worked well, except the cooling unit in the bedroom would not stay on throughout the night - had to be restarted periodically, The condo was surface cleaned, but it needs a deep cleaning - under appliances & sofa and the bedroom closet smells moldy.

When we arrived unit was not cleaned and the a/c was not working. The two nights we were there were sleepless because of the temperature. My husband spent two hours trying to fix it the first night. Had to cancel our dinner reservation.

The location right at a beach access point was nice. It was pretty quiet. The pool was clean. We had a fun time. Free parking was nice. Kiddo liked the bunk bed. There were no restaurants walkable from the unit, which I didn't like, but that's on me for not noticing that before booking. There was mold inside the kitchen cabinets so I didn't use dishes. The property manager knew about the mold but I guess didn't think it serious so the problem remains. The couch was covered in sand when we arrived. The shower is extremely small, almost too small to get clean in. The bathroom cabinet and drawer bottoms have rotted out from water damage. The doors don't close correctly. Just lots of moisture management issues in the unit. The AC seems to struggle to keep up, which made for some warmer-than-comfortable nights. I don't appreciate being emailed a mandatory rental agreement after it's too late to cancel - that needs to be disclosed and agreed up front. The "yard" out back had lots of broken glass. Overall it was fine for what it is, but not likely to stay there again or rent from this particular property management company again.

Doesn’t look like much on the outside but perfectly acceptable, clean and very close to the beach. The public entrance is immediately across the street. Parking was sufficient and seemed to be monitored by a property manager. Check in and out was the smoothest, simplest process I’ve ever seen.

Very clean nice furniture, appliances &electronics all in great working conditions. As a single dad of 2 girls you can beat this location. Walk out across the street to the beach very easily. While you are there the pool is available! Also the other families that vacation plus I met with some of the owners on the property very very friendly helpful and some had small child which helps with my situation for the girls to have someone to play with. Can't Express enough great place people you name it we will see ya again next year!😁
