New queen sofa sleepers, 2 HDTVs. Sleeper Sofa, allows you to sleep up to 6 in this condo

Beach Cove is the perfect location and is close to everything. It is right at the southernmost tip of North Myrtle Beach so you can enjoy both central Myrtle and North myrtle activities that are just a quick drive away. Views for miles from this Ocean Front 1 BR condo in North Myrtle Beach. All the perks of Myrtle Beach! Watch the sunrise in the mornings from your little piece of paradise. There are tons to do here onsite! Within walking distance to many local restaurants (Hamburger Joes has amazing hamburgers and wing specials) as well as Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, and Alabama Theater. Many championship golf courses are a short drive away!

Nice place, but some details left out
The place is in a good location and the beach was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We selected a corner unit for the wraparound balcony, but part of the balcony was blocked off due to construction. There was scaffolding attached the patio and there were workers right outside our window. Also there was a scheduled pest control day during our visit. So overall, we had a great time, but it was a little disappointed, and the things we encountered during the stay.

Disappointed with the view that was listed
Condo was in a very nice resort area. This condo advertised as rare corner balcony. With beautiful views , but unfortunately the view was blocked by construction on the oceanfront due to hurricane damage. Which we completely understand , but the owners should have listed this so we were aware of the situation. When I communicated my disappointment, I just got a reply with we are so sorry.

Upon entering the unit we noticed that half of the balcony which was one of the premier selling points was covered by a huge scaffold, the end result being that a good portion of the prime view was blocked by ironwork and a sheet of plywood. This was known, but we weren't advised before we booked. Misrepresentation? On our trip there, at the 11th hour before arrival we were asked for additional information i.e. drivers license copy, credit card copy etc. on penalty of not gaining access to our fully paid apartment. This had already been provided weeks before! Secondly, we were advised the night before arrival that a regularly scheduled pest control service was due on our 2nd day and we would be fined for not giving them access. That is maintenance, and a guest shouldn't be expected to do that. What if it was a painter or window replacement, do we just spend our vacation catering to tradesmen? Again, a previously known situation we were not made aware of. The elevators are being replaced and at one point the three towers were being serviced by 2 cars instead of the nominal 6. We were advised by Big Fish 3 hours into the shutdown that this was happening...not the best for planning, given one of us is handicapped so the stairs are not an option. We had an issue at home that needed to be resolved, so it was an easy decision to just abandon the remainder of our stay and vacate the premises.

Overall the condo was perfect for our needs. However, I understand construction and maintenance must be done, but it would have been nice to know that the main feature of this condo was not available. The listing says wrap around balcony (which would have made sunrise and sunset available for viewing) was not available. A simple notice on listing or a message would have been helpful and would have prevented a lot of disappointment upon arrival. The listing says new wraparound balcony and the side balcony was boarded up and scaffolding was blocking the view. Probably wouldn’t have prevented me from renting, but definitely should have been notified since the listing is actually titled new wraparound balcony. Yes all the paperwork stated that Big Fish Rentals is not responsible for amenities that are not available. I understand a pool closure or elevator maintenance, but amenities advertised in your listing directly involving the rented condo should be noted and disclosed. Otherwise, the property was nice and is in a great location away from noisy nightlife of MB.

Great Condo and Great Location
Visited with my son for a quick spring break getaway between baseball games. This property was perfect. Great location, located directly across from Barefoot Landing and centrally located between Little River and Broadway at the Beach. The property itself was very clean and located right on the ocean. Hosts communicated great with every detail needed and provided. We look forward to staying again the next time we have an opportunity.

Late Winter Getaway
Everything was great. The views are incredible. Quiet and relaxing. Very nice staff and the resort is being upgraded daily, from installations of composite wood, to elevators, swimming pools, painting and more. It will be even more incredible to stay there very soon. We're happy we stayed here.

Perfect getaway!
We booked this last minute and it was the perfect little getaway. We walked the beach, and even walked to barefoot landing for some fun with the kiddos. It was just perfect! My only complaint is about the pillows, they are very worn and thin so if you like fluffy once, just make sure to bring your own.

Too many “don’ts” !,
Too bad Big Fish rentals list property with VRBO. We have rented in US and other countries through VRBO. They have SO Many “don’t “ rules that I did not feel free to stay there! They are paranoid! After signing on for this Beach Cove property, paying and being told we had rented for the dates selected they sent an email requesting pictures of our drivers license, front & back pictures of credit card and our signature written out ! I refused threatened to notify my lawyer and VRBO about this request. They quickly replied that “since I had gone through VRBO I didn’t need to do this. The day before we were to rent another email was sent stating same request. This all made me very nervous about trouble occurring at the rental. Also they go over and over and over all the “don’t s “ regarding the place. I would be happy to send you copies of their emails. The one BD/bath worked fine for us but I would never rent from them again!!
