The master suite features a King bed, walk-in closet, vanity, and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a Full-size bed with a Twin-size bunk on top great for kids.

Upgrades include newer stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and TVs. Unwind on your private screened porch while sipping your morning coffee or catching up with friends at the end of the day. You'll also appreciate the additional storage space for beach and golf gear. River Crossing stands out with a community pool, gazebo, BBQ & picnic tables. Barefoot Landing just steps away offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options galore!

Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire unit, especially on high touch surfaces. Each guest receives a clean set of linens. If you would like more details regarding our cleaning procedures - please send us a message and we will be glad to share those with you!

The pool closes 11/1/24; deck access is 9am-5pm via gate.

A great stay for a Golf vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time fore our vacation. The place was well kept and in great condition. Pots and pans where limited, but we managed. Some things could have been cleaner, but overall a good experience.

Beautiful condo, however upon our 1st 24 hours we realized that it was not cleaned properly nor maintained. The shower curtains were covered in mold, the living room tv was broken and replaced with the bunk room tv. The sliding screen door was off the hinges. No curtains in either bedroom for privacy especially in bunk room. Trash found under the beds. King bed was literally sloped. Dishes were crusty upon arrival. Comforters filthy and worn. Main bathtub would not drained. Dishwasher flooded kitchen on 1st day and maintenance was finally sent on the 3rd day to replace shower curtains and inform us Dishwasher could not be used. While maintenance was there the FRONT DOOR handle fell off!!! Spider nests have taken over the screened porch. Found previous guest packet under kitchen table placemat. Icing on the cake was the foil drug pipe found in the kitchen closet. Thankful my husband found it before my 10 year old.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo very neat, well equiped, location at Barefoot resort ans golf..... Great location. We asked Palmetto vacation for a few things missing, they react quickly to our satisfaction.For us to get and return Keys is about a 25 minutes Drive each Time. It should be simple to fix that with a code box at the condo site.
