"Beautiful condo however having mold around the bath in the second bathroom was not what we expect from this type of resort. Also having a pair of scissor and a good wine opener will be a minimum to ask for. However this is a spectacular place well located and the 2 bedroom apartment are beautiful and well decorated and with a lot of place in the wardrobe. We will go back next year. "

"I was disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the indoor lazy river during my stay, but that happens. Other than that I really have nothing to complain about. I will absolutely look at future stays at Avista. Maybe next time I'll look at getting a suite, my partial ocean view was nice especially for the sunset but a full ocean view must be amazing as well. Staff was great. Breakfast at the restaurant was good (especially the home fries!). As a whole, would recommend! "

"We always stay at the Links whenever we visit Myrtle Beach, which has become an annual event for us. It has all the amenities that you would require on a vacation, i.e. pool, workout room, etc. It is located in a great location in North Myrtle, which we love. The units are spacious and have everything you need, including a full kitchen. Nice master bedroom with a second bedroom with two twin beds. Has 3 TVs, if that is of interest to you. Very nice staff. Would definitely recommend...

"Very nice place to stay, BUT: Hotel/Sale personal was pushing me to buy some kind of timeshare even calling my room with more offers and asking me personal questions….. !!!!!! This part was pretty sad, I’m not going back "
