"Harbourview house is an amazing hotel. Not only are the rooms really large, comfy and have all the amenities you could need (including yummy cookies) but their customer service is incredible. We locked ourselves out of our room after the wedding we were attending and Katya not only responded to our contact but resolved the issue quickly and easily. "Our room was disappointing. The decor is very tired and was very dirty and worn. Merivale should be embarrassed to have it in their stable in its current state. It is in a great place and a renovation would make this a great place to stay, until this happens there are many better options in Narooma."

"there was no light at the motel entrance. It was disficult to locate the property in the dark. The room with cockroaches crawling around. The WiFi is bad. The owner said that we haven't booked the place and the cleaner threw all the food we kept in the fridge without checking my booking properly first. Although the owner bought back some food for us but we still lost some yummy food. This was a bad experience."

"Beautiful, clean, quiet place. We cannot fault it there is nothing wrong with this holiday lodge we loved the private jetty. Great for fishing, canoeing or paddle boarding. The beds were comfortable and felt like home. Kitchen is great with everything needed. There is a barbecue plate outside. And the veranda is facing the lake. Good internet. Everything you could ask for. "
