"This property is very comfortable to stay at, the view is outstanding. The bedrooms are very generously sized and the home is well appointed. Loved the fireplace. appointed."

"Overall a great house! Lovely views from the patio or hot tub, or just the living room. Close to the state park and beach access. Very well stocked kitchen, we were easily able to make all of our meals there. Loved the hot tub! Easy communication with the owner when needed, even got a slightly earlier check in because it worked with our travel plans, which I really appreciate when travelling with kids. Would definitely rent again!"

"Our group of friends has been gathering in September for 45 years, first backpacking, now mostly in rentals. Everyone thought this home was lovely - thoroughly cleaned, well maintained, thoughtfully arranged, extremely comfortable, and welcoming. We loved the firepit arrangement in front (echoing many campfires on the trail) and deck/hot tub in back (which we looked forward to, and ended up not getting to). " You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. It is great for a couple or a small family with smaller children. As the description states if you are over 6' 2" tall. You will be trying to avoid hitting your head, in the bedrooms and especially in the shower. Bed is comfy. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, and sheets. In the kitchen we had everything we needed to cook meals. Would recommend a knife sharpener. Living area included a larger TV, with Roku, Xbox 360 with a few games....

"House was clean and exactly as described. We had a large group and had plenty of room for everyone. Had one question about hot tub towels that was quickly answered via the chat feature on the vrbo app. Walk to beach area was not to far and the trails behind the neighborhood were great for morning walks with nice views. "

"We were in town for a conference, and this was perfect for our group! Everyone loved having their own room, the beds were comfortable, the fire was cozy, and communication with the owner was excellent! We only wished we had more time at the house and on the beach. It was wonderful; I highly recommend it."

"This was our second time staying at this house. We have a group of 8 people. There is so much room here. Plenty of rooms, and plenty of living room/dining room space to be in. The kitchen is big and open and the view is nice. "

"This is the bomb! We love staying here to celebrate the anniversary of our parents! We enjoyed the whole week including the bomb cyclone that occurred and caused power outages. Michelle stopped by to check if we needed anything during the outage! We definitely will be back! "

"To clarify scoring: cleanliness was good, there was just a tiny snafu with a couple rooms. The host resolved it quickly and our trip wasn't affected whatsoever. Well appointed kitchen, great space to hang, play games and eat. Wonderful access to the beach for long walks. Beautiful art work! Look forward to staying there again."

"We were looking for a quiet getaway in a sleepy community and this hit the bullseye. Friendly neighborhood and peaceful at all times of the day. Cape Lookout and Oceanside not over crowded and was a great place to catch the sunset.. Over all the perfect spot."

"The Pacific Ocean is right there (!), and it's dazzling as soon as you walk in the front door and look out through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The local area is unfortunately not in the same league as this house as far as restaurants go (unless you drive to say, Cannon Beach), but the house was beautifully clean and is so spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable that it's easy to "stay home" and just enjoy the view from the living room, the yard, a balcony, or the roomy hot tub.
