"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. "We stayed at the family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is very big with 2 full bathrooms, the location of the hotel is excellent, only 1 block away from the subway station. We took the limousine bus from Kansai airport to OTAC station and it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel."
