"We really enjoyed this beautiful remote new build in Newry Maine. Great location near Sunday River ski slopes and fully equipped with everything we needed. Spacious layout and includes a nice game room that we enjoyed playing pool and arcades with the kids. Hot tub and sauna were perfect at night. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very nice and easy to contact. 5 stars! "

"Had a lovely stay at Happy Trails with a group of about 10 friends for a long weekend of skiing. The house is fantastic - very spacious and can fit far more than 10 adults. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was a lovely way to end each long day of skiing. Plenty of towels provided. Loved the amount of games floating around the house as well - they were put to good use! The house is located just a short walk away from Roadrunner trail - took no more than 3min to...

Hot to was a blessing after a day on the slopes. Less than 10 minutes to the slopes. Would recommend to all. The use of the garage was a great bonus to unload . "We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub...
