The ground level bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room hosts a queen pull-out sofa bed. For stays 12 weeks or more the ground level bedroom can be converted to a queen bed of the same high quality as the existing king and twin beds.

Breathe deeply and relax as you sip a coffee and watch the sunrise from the private balcony off the upper level king suite. With a full private bathroom and separate entry, this suite can be fully locked off from the main level.

The king and twin beds boast new Casper mattresses with down feather beds, duvets, and luxurious pillows - all of which are protected by hypoallergenic covers. With black-out curtains in all bedrooms and the living room you can sleep for days and let the stress fade away.

The full-size kitchen is fully equipped with an extensive spice library and the option of using a communal barbeque. Check-out the extensive spice library, explore the local food producers and farm markets, then enjoy your feast on the roomy ocean-view patio with family and friends.

Amongst its many amenities, the property also boasts a seasonal private dock that can moor boats up to 30'. Even if you don’t boat in, you can still bring your poles and fish off the dock.

When you feel the need to move, try sunrise yoga on your patio, play tennis, or follow the beach at low tide to Blue Heron Park in just minutes. Join other guests at the beachside fire pit or simply drop your paddleboard or kayak into the ocean and glide away.
