You found it! Your next PEI getaway! Meticulously designed, this custom built 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach house overlooks the crashing waves of the ocean, and the North Rustico National Park beach. Located in the heart of North Rustico, the home is close to all amenities, activities, and restaurants to ensure an amazing PEI experience.

Enter into the open concept main area which features 25 ft vaulted ceilings, many windows to let in light and the ocean breeze, and luxe furnishings. The gorgeous chefs kitchen offers ample of space and all basics needed to create home cooked meals. Head down the hallway where you will find the walk in pantry, laundry room, and the mud room which leads you to the garage and back deck. The formal living room has a flat screen TV and a fire place to cozy up to on chilly evenings. Finally, you will find the primary bedroom with a king size bed, and luxury ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and soaker tub. There is also a half bath on the main level.

Head upstairs to the second level where you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds. The spacious bunk room has 6 single built-in bunks, along with a TV and lounging area, plus a deck which overlooks the ocean view.

The basement has a large entertainment area with a TV and bar, and a games room that has a shuffle board and 2 arcade games! There is also the fourth bedroom and a full bathroom on this level.

The entertainment doesn't stop there- there is an additional kitchen area in the garage which features a full size fridge and stove. There is also an extra shower which is the perfect place to rinse off after a beach day!

Enjoy the 140 ft of covered deck which surrounds the home. The front offers the incredible views, and the back is great for privacy.

North Rustico is the perfect place to experience PEI. Enjoy amazing restaurants like Blue Mussel Cafe, On The Dock Eatery, and Fisherman's Wharf, go deep sea fishing, take in live entertainment at the park, or go for a walk along the board walk. There is also the National Park coastal bike trail which takes you from North Rustico to Cavendish. Only a few minute walk away is North Rustico National Park beach where you can enjoy your days relaxing and beach combing.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had lots of room for our family. ( 8 adults and 4 children) The property had all that we needed for our stay. We ate all our meals there and the kitchen as well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean & spacious.
The house is beautiful and nestled in a lovely neighborhood. We awoke every morning to ample sunshine and the sound of crashing waves and got ready for our morning walk. The neighbors were friendly, the boardwalk path along the water was ideal and the distance to the beach served us well. There were plenty of towels and linens, paper towels and toilet paper provided as well as laundry detergent, hand soap and dish soap. The kitchen and pantry were stocked with every gadget and utensil one could need as well as more than enough plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses and champagne flutes. The one and only critique for the house would be the inconsistent cooling. — The AC units are located in the main living spaces and keep those spaces cool (downright freezing at times), but the bedrooms remain very hot and humid during warmer weather. Overall a fantastic stay and we hope to visit again!

Awesome House!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Lots of room for all 11 of us. The house wss immaculate and the porch area is wonderful for morning coffee. It has several Smeg appliances to make life easier, with a high end kitchen. Game room was a hit. It is not walking distance to a beach for little ones, but an easy drive. Air condioning was a but spotty, but usually cooled down at night.. North Rustico is a great little town. Would love to return some day.

This was a great property... newly built, just right for our family. This home met all of our needs. It was contemporary, spacious, had a wonderful yard for the children, views of the ocean, walkable to North Rustico and to beaches. Very tasteful furnishings; large kitchen for all the chefs. Beds were comfortable; lots of linens. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful modern farmhouse style home. Our family enjoyed our time in this home. Great location, so close to many beaches. The kids loved the shuffle board, arcade games, and massive TV in the bunk room. The grown ups enjoyed conversation in the 30 ft ceiling living room with ocean views. Everything was brand new and impeccably clean. Would stay here again!
