"The staff was amazing and so friendly. My car was impounded on the morning of checkout and the hotel showed me to check out 3 hours late and let me keep all my belongings up in my room until I was able to get my vehicle back and put my license into my own car. The room was clean, the hotel had a great winter aesthetic that was both warm and welcoming to this out of town traveler! "

"The Paramount Hotel is close to the theater as well as Westlake Center and many tourist destinations in Seattle. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the renovations are complete kater this year, it will be a beautiful hotel."

"We were only there for 8 overnight hours between flights, but everything was wonderful. The person at the front desk was kind, attentive, and helpful. We loved that there's a restaurant just across the parking lot where we had a terrific late night dinner. The hotel's continental breakfast was perfect for us early the next morning. If we ever have to stay overnight again between flights at SEA we will definitely stay at the Coast Gateway Hotel."
