"We are thrilled we chose to stay at this hotel! The staff is exceptional and truly made our family trip unforgettable. Our room was beautiful and spotless, and the pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect way to unwind after our daily adventures. We also dined at the Lava Restaurant—it was an unforgettable experience and highly recommended! This is definitely a place we want to return to. We absolutely loved it!"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything in Puerto Ayora and especially the port docks from where all excursions start. It was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious, offered great breakfast with a view of the port, nice bar + swimming pool area."

"Nice and cozy place to stay. Close to the main avenue and the Charles Darwin Foundation. Staff was very nice and helpful too. Breakfast was ok, we liked the fresh fruit😋 Had to change rooms because the shower was not working properly."

"Excellent service given by the property owner. I requested pickup from the airport and he took care of all the arrangements to include the first hike and tours throughout our stay. Area of the hotel is safe and quiet at night. Breakfast is quiet savory 😋 "

"Family owned property. They asked about my arrival time and were ready to welcome me when I arrived with tea and warm towels to refresh. The rooms were extra large and very clean. The owners made create recommendations and things to do in the area and helped book and negotiate tours for me. VERY HELPFUL"

"Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a Ecuador por primera vez. Después de disfrutar de Puerto Aoya en las Galápagos, se puede entrar en contacto con la vida de los lugareños en el restaurante y supermercado Bellavista. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Para llegar a Puerto Aoya, recomendamos alquilar una bicicleta y coger el autobús de vuelta al túnel por 50¢. El personal es amable."
