"The bed was comfortable and the place had what we needed after contacting Joanna. It’s pretty bare bones for the condo but the pool was nice and it is a gated property. It is just not close to the things in the listing. It’s About 1.8 miles to the Boardwalk. But that’s fine as long as you have access to a car."

"The location of the condo was good and since we had a car, we got to see many parts of the island. cleanliness could have been better. Large windows on lagoon were hard to open, had no screens and condo air felt closed in even with fans. Pool and grounds were clean and people friendly. Bathrooms & kitchen were recently renovated and ok. We enjoyed our stay but the general feeling was a bit run down. Owner was available by phone when we had a problem and staff helped out with the issue. "

"Everything was as listed, one recommendation would be to have a list of things about the condo, we didn't know you use the same code to get in the front gate that you would use for the ocean gate. Things like that would have been nice to know! First time in STX, we have been to STJ over 20 times and have rented villa and condo and always had a book with things to do, etc. "

"The condo is very nice, very comfortable bed, and a very well appointed kitchen that was easy to cook in. The view is lovely, and we loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean. My only suggestion would be to put up a curtain to separate off the loft bedroom - it looks like there was a rail there already - because otherwise the pool lights shine in at night and prevent the bedroom loft from getting dark. All in all it was a nice stay and we appreciated how clean the apartment was. "

"Overall, it was a GREAT experience. We definitely are coming back. We met some locals who worked at the site. Because of our good spirits, they brought us fresh coconuts, guava, and bananas (finger rolls). The experience was second to none! Great experience and a GREAT trip! "Rians condo was perfect. Clean, fully supplied with everything yud need-beach chairs cooler towels sand toys. Kitchen fully equipped Private area but many other people also renting there. View with balcony amazing. Large living spaces wth 2 full bed/bath. Decorations in good taste. Host communicated wth questions answered Pool was refreshing hot tub perfect. "This was a perfect location that had a beyond stunning view. We were able to get around the island easily with a rental car (highly recommend). Hosts were responsive and gave lots of valuable info before the stay. The beach in front of the condo was lovely. This was our first visit to St. Croix and we had fun exploring the beaches and restaurants. The property suited our party well and we enjoyed staying here.
