"Hotel canceled on me, without explanation, less than an hour before I headed to the airport, so I scrambled to find another hotel at the last minute. I don't know what was going on, but it wasn't easy finding a hotel I liked at the last minute. Not a happy camper."

Young man named Bird at the pool area was exceptional with friendly chat and service. Only issues I had and they were dealt with promptly were the shower head malfunctioned and the power to the room went off after couple of days ( no one told me I needed to put a key card in the slot).
