This well-appointed Jay Peak Resort Village condo is located mere steps from the trail. Ski-in and ski-out access couldn’t be any easier! The 1100 sq. ft. unit is designed throughout for comfort and convenience. Families will appreciate the 5 beds (1 king, 4 bunk) that comfortably sleep up to 6 people. Thorough cleaning is always a priority, as attested to in our guest reviews. Unique features and ski themed décor await you. The condo is stocked with all of the necessities for an enjoyable and hassle-free stay. Pack your skis and boards and get ready for fun! Complete amenities include:

COMFORT: master bedroom with king bed; bunk room with 4 twin beds; recently updated living room furniture; gas fireplace; deck with mountain views; ski theme décor.

CONVENIENCE: fully loaded kitchen with everything needed to cook and entertain; coffee maker (Keurig and drip) with complimentary ground coffee; large dining table and breakfast bar; full private master bathroom; full guest bathroom; all towels, linens, pillows, and blankets provided; complimentary soap, shampoo, tissues, and paper supplies; hair dryer; in-unit washer and dryer (detergent provided); expanded tile mudroom with ample gear storage and boot/glove heaters; lockable outdoor ski storage closet.

If downhill isn't your thing, you can hit the 20 km cross-country ski center and 5 km snowshoe trail network.

Perfect ski vacation!

Awesome stay!
We loved the condo - perfect location and ski in/ski out access. We hit everything Jay had to offer - climbing gym, water park, arcade and a beautiful day for skiing on Easter Sunday. Also enjoyed a delicious Easter brunch at Alice's Table. While packing up the condo on Monday the kids had a blast using the Village Chair to ski Grammy Jay and Raccoon Run! The condo had everything we needed and more. Even found a white noise machine in the kids' bedroom that came in useful! Thank you!

The condo and the location were equally amazing. The condo had everything we needed with added comforts, like a ski boot warmer (amazing!). The location on Grammy jay was super convenient and a nice warm up before hitting the slopes! And lastly Dan was a great host that answered any questions I had with fast response.

Amazing ski on ski off condo with the best owners. A real treat for a family or couples
We had an amazing stay. Dan is a a great owner and was responsive and helpful. The property is top notch. It’s right on the mountain close to stateside and well equipped. Lovely furniture. Clean and safe. And a great treat for a long weekend or a full week. I would highly recommend the mountain and this amazing condo.

Top Notch Jay Peak Condo
We have stayed at two other similar Village condos at Jay Peak over the years, and this one was by far the best. Dan and Sara are excellent hosts. The condo was in perfect condition, in a great location, fully appointed with everything you would need for a week's stay. The wall mounted boot dryer was honestly the highlight of the trip, that thing is incredible.

Wonderful Condo!
Our family had such a wonderful time at Jay...one of our favorite places to visit! The condo was perfect...so warm and cozy, with everything we needed! You can tell it is a well loved condo, and Dan was very quick in getting back to me when I had a question! We just got home, and are already trying to figure out when we can take our next trip up!

The perfect location at Jay
This is a wonderful location for a ski vacation at Jay. It is truly ski-in and ski-out. The condo has a lot of space and is very well appointed and comfortable for the whole family. Even the big bench and cubbies at the front were a huge hit, not to mention the built-in boot liner dryer! This place really has it all! We would recommend it our friends and family and will certainly be back in the future!

Outstanding family spot!
Wonderful place! Our family of five (3 kids under 12) stayed for four nights. The ski in/out location is very easy and convenient. The house is warm and cozy and nicely appointed. Kid friendly too with games, plenty of towels/blankets and a very comfy sofa! Thank goodness the mountain made enough snow for the Village Double lift and Grammy Jay (such a fun run) to open. Otherwise we’re huffing it over to Stateside. I must also note, the place would be a perfect 10 if it had an outdoor hot tub... All in all, we would be thrilled to have an opportunity to stay here again and highly recommend.

Fantastic place!
My 19-year old son, his friend and I arrived for a short stay over President's Day weekend, and we had a great experience. The communication and instructions were thorough and clear, and the arrival and check-in were super easy. The condo itself was perfect. Everything was clean and ready, all amenities were provided, wifi worked well, kitchen was thoroughly equipped, all we had to do was bring in our bags, enough food and we were all set! The furnishings were high-quality and comfortable, and we also liked the decor. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly responsive to questions. I can't recommend this place and the hosts highly enough. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for our family!
We loved staying in this condo for our family spring break ski week! It was so cozy, nicely decorated, had everything we needed and more. Cozy couch and chair with a warm gas fireplace, large tv, well stocked kitchen, and ski locker/mud room with cubbies and boot heaters for all of our ski wear and prep. This condo also had the extras like granite countertops, heat lamps in the bathrooms, and switches on dimmers for however much lighting we wanted. We also loved the complimentary coffee and laundry detergent :-). This condo is truly ski in / ski out to Grammy Jay with zero hiking. Our unanimous family decision is we’re staying here again next time we hit Jay Peak!

The best of VRBO places
We have used VRBO many times for years. This home is our best stay yet. Very clean and had everything needed to enjoy a great long weekend. Even had extra items in the event you forgot something. This is very rare as we have seen many places that didn't even have tissue or sugar let alone be clean and comfortable bedding. We know the routine and brought all we needed but it is the way the owners went out of the way for their guests. We had a minor setting issue with the TV, (our fault) I called the Jay service desk. We went to dinner and when we returned the TV was fixed... Dan followed up very quickly to be sure we were all set. We truly felt like we were guests and not just renters. The shuttle was very convenient, and walks/stairs and parking maintained well (Lots of Snow)!!! Ski in/out is a great feature and the waterpark and Ice house, restaurants make a great time for families. The mountain speaks for itself .... awesome !. You wont be disappointed staying here! Heaven in Vermont
I am a bit of a ski bum and my children are coming of age to take up the sport. For spring break this year, the children were excited to go on their second ski trip. We are from the Midwest and I wanted to explore something different than the resorts out West which I knew would be packed. Jay was the perfect destination to meet the range of expertise we have across our family of five, kids aged 6/9/10. The property was the highlight of a wonderful week. We enjoyed ourselves at the waterpark the day after arrival, with the Jay Cloud delivering powder outside the glass enclosed park. This unit is a true ski in/out, and we were able to easily ski back home after the kids first day in ski school. The mountain is great for beginners, and for the more advanced up top. Each day we were able to easily get on/off the mountain as we pleased, at our own place. The unit itself is appointed very nicely with great decorations that make you feel a part of the resort. The kitchen has all the utensils and condiments you will need, and coffee to hold you over. The trim levels and furniture were all higher end. There was a humidifier to help fight dryness and several boardgames that we enjoyed during our evenings. All the instructions and tips on the local area were provided in advance, and posted on the fridge when we arrived. This may be one of my first VRBO trips where I did not contact the owner during my stay, and that is because everything worked out perfectly!

Beautiful and Well Appointed Condo
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Dan’s condo. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed (and more!). It wasn’t ready on-time, but Dan went above and beyond to cover our dinner while we waited for the cleaners to finish. The only issue we had was that we were told it would be ski-in (though not ski-out because the Village lift wouldn’t be open). Jay blew snow on Grammy Jay our entire visit, so we couldn’t walk to the base or ski home. It just made the stay more challenging, as we had a 2 year old with us. Otherwise, would completely recommend Dan’s place!!

Great stay!
Great condo in a great location. We are a family of four and it was the perfect size. The mountain was steps outside the front door. We were able to ski in/ski out easily. The ski locker was fantastic, making everything so easy. We cooked at home most nights, but it was a quick drive to the resort for restaurants. Or take a shuttle. The condo was cozy and comfortable, and we’ll definitely go back!
