"Highly recommend; beautiful large space (we were a group of 5); responsive host; quiet beachfront (beach chairs and toys include) ; convenient quick free bus to Provincetown; 10 minute drive to full size grocery store; you can fall asleep listening to the waves!"

"The cottage was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet place on the beach to relax for the week. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading and enjoying the water. Dinners were a short drive to Provincetown or Wellfleet. Tony was very responsive via email. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Cape. "

"Beautiful little cottage with a spacious deck right on the beach. Perfect for couples. Inside is clean, well-designed and comfortable with seemingly every need anticipated. The deck has loungers for sunning, Adirondack chairs for a sunset cocktail, and a gas grill and picnic table for an evening meal at home. Owner was exceptionally responsive. "

"5 stars because the owner kindly moved us up to 2nd floor room for the 4th fireworks. Happy to report that for an older property the soundproofing is really pretty good. Grounds are lovely and clean, room was basic and functional. Be prepared for a tiny bathroom. Nice place to stay overall. Do not miss the spice store next door which is many things besides spices. Vey convenient to Ptown. "

"We had a great stay - this was a perfect location, 10 mins to everything in the area. So nice to walk to the bay with coffee in the morning and in the evening for sunset and pictures. Days Market down the street is perfect for breakfast, lunch and local beer, etc. The cabin itself was perfect for a couple of days. We had a major heat wave and can attest to the a/c working perfectly. We traveled with our family ages 8-75. There is only one bathroom but that didn’t deter us and we’re so glad because the location and charm of the property more than makes up for it. One note - the stairs have a half railing on the top half so you can’t grip it fully until halfway down the steps. Thanks for a wonderful family trip to the Cape! "
