After an afternoon of fun in the sun, fire up the complex's shared grill for a barbecue and dine at the on-site picnic tables. Watch the stars come out while you roast marshmallows around the shared firepit. On days when you venture out and explore, catch a bus just 500' from your front door that will take you to downtown Provincetown.

When you return home, put your feet up in the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV. Prepare snacks and drinks in the kitchenette, then grab a seat at the table for two. The furnished front porch offers another perch to take in the fresh ocean air.

Great spot
This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend

Lovely compact home, perfect for a weekend getaway
We stayed here two nights, and enjoyed the proximity to Provincetown and the beach! The space was well furnished, though I couldn't see anyone really cooking here. It was a fairly clean space and everything was easy to find. There were lots of directions to make sure we were set for the weekend. We came before the "on" season, so it was very quiet and rather grey, chilly, and windy. Plenty of parking, though it was clear that the condos were not operating at capacity. While the space is well suited for the summer months with an air conditioner, it is not so ready for the cooler times (there is no heater). We often like sleeping cold, but this was a lot even for us. There were additional blankets in the closet that we used and were OK while in bed. My honey is 6 feet tall and I think that's about the limit of the space - doorways get a bit low and the shower would start to feel claustrophobic.

Beautiful area, directly across from the beach. The unit/building needed updating. Odd layout, some outlets didn't work. A closet held a 3 drawer dresser with a hanging rod above. 2 drawers were filled with towels/sheets, etc. Explains why daily cleaning services weren't available, I guess. Had I caught that, I wouldn't have reserved this spot for 4 days. The shower curtain had a strong mildew odor, making us question the cleanliness of the unit. When you're out and about it's nice to return to a place you want to. A fresh update, the choice of cleaning services would be great. At least it would make sense with the price Vacasa is charging.

HORRIBLE Mold/Mildew Smell - Would not stay again
I'm not one to leave a negative review usually but we felt burned by previous unfairly positive reviews of this place so I feel like I need to. The location of this property was as described- and from previous reviews I wasnt expecting anything too glamorous, but I was not expecting it to be so rundown. The place needs a serious upgrade, the couch is stained, there were boards missing from the floor. This would have all been tolerable if it werent for the smell. The entire unit smelled of mold/mildew our entire trip. It felt like we were sleeping in a damp basement all weekend. We spent as little time as we possibly could indoors- and everything we brought home with us still wreaks of mildew- even my hair held onto the smell. I definitely would not reccomend this place to anyone else and I couldnt help but be concerned for our health as we were breathing it in all weekend.

Great location in the iconic pagodas. Clean and tiny efficiency right across the street from bay side beach. This unit is facing the back parking lot so no ocean view. Hiking trail behind the unit is nice for a morning walk.

Relaxing Time
We needed a three day beach vacation where we could unwind. This place delivered exactly what we were looking for. Just enough room for our suitcase and food. Close enough to walk to the beach and get back if we needed a break from the sun. Perfect for any time of day to walk over to the beach!
