"This was a gorgeous property for my stay in North Van. Lonsdale Ave. was only a ten-minute walk away, and the neighborhood felt safe and secluded. The listing itself is a basement suite beneath the main house; it was clean, quiet, and private, with plenty of amenities and functioning appliances, and Frances was very cordial. I took my breakfast in the garden every morning - it really did feel like a garden oasis! Nothing but praise for this location; I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"This was our second day at this wonderful property! We stayed here both before, and after an Alaskan cruise and would highly recommend this rental and the owners. Each time we stayed, their communication was excellent, the unit was always extremely clean and organized, and it seems like one of the rare listings on VRBO that is actually better than the photos! "We were very late checking in due to a major flight delay out of Atlanta and rescheduled to a later flight arriving after midnight. Howie was very accommodating and kind to provide access to our VRBO so late. Inside we were thrilled to see the amazing home available to us during our 2-day stay. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living space was beautifully appointed and we really appreciate our very own washer and dryer use at our disposal. Howie kindly offered us a ride but we had already ordered a Lyft. He couldn’t have been any more accommodating which was greatly appreciated and the space was immaculate!"
