"Everyone in the resort was nice. This is our third time to this resort. Every time we come to Pensacola, we’ll stay here. The reasons why we love to stay here are the rooms are alway clean and they have the cleanest beach area. We always having good time here. This is my favorite resort so far. The front desk ladies were being helpful when we had air condition issues in one of our room. However, some of the stuff may need replacing or repairing, like the beds and air condition. Other than that, everything is wonderful. "

"Hotel was clean, smelled good upon entering. In the room the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean. Parking was easy. Beach was beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast in the morning and the daytime staff (other than the front desk clerk who was very pleasant). They were not very friendly and seemed like we were in their way of closing up the breakfast area even though it was still only 9:00. The breakfast items tasted old and not fresh. Also at check-in, there was a live performer right by the check in desk which made it incredibly hard to hear anything and all we wanted after a long day of traveling was to get our room. I would suggest moving the live music to the other end of the lobby."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our needs. It is situated on a quieter stretch of beach, and the beach itself is wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed. The views from the large windows are spectacular. The master suite is especially lovely. The property managers were responsive. We highly recommend the option of the beach chair service, and the bonfire was a true highlight of the trip. We would highly recommend this special property! "
