No Aircondition, Super hot in the room, there’s also bugs in my room ( wasp, small & large mosquitos). The bed & the beddings are rundown. This is not even 3 star hotel. No places to eat, there’s only one cafeteria & you have to go to town centre to find a restaurant. Also Uber eats has limited restaurants on their App. No places to go after 6pm.

Average stay. Modern hotel. Mattresses very hard! Woken up early morning as you could hear every single person leaving their rooms, doors slamming etc from down the corridor and this was at a quiet time as the hotel seemed very quiet/ empty upon checking in. No VIP services offered. Basic, but clean and convenient.

Campus hotel
The hotel is very clean and has everything you need for a weekend stay. It's very close to Delapre park where the festival was. The only unfortunate thing was the restaurant wasn't open for evening meals but there is a lovely bar restaurant about 2 minutes away. The hotel is bang in the middle of the university campus so feels very secure. The car park is secure, you have to buzz in. As in some reviews the hotel is very warm but it is manageable.

I love this hotel. Staff and rooms are always great but the rooms are stiflingly hot. Such a waste of energy as well as very uncomfortable to work and sleep in. This has been an ongoing issue in my stays in better weather and I wonder why it has not been addressed.
