"The Hyatt was quiet and we felt safe. The staff was very friendly. They offer a shuttle to and from for dinner, airport and cruises. The rooms were very nice and clean. They have a restaurant, bar, exercise room and pool. For breakfast they had: pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, grits, cereal, juice and coffee. "

"My husband and I stayed at this property twice this Year. Both times the carpet around our bed was full of dust. I experienced a few issues the last time we visited: one of the white towels hanging in our bathroom had a brown stain, gross; We had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to check in, even though I paid for my room two weeks ahead of our arrival, But overall the stay was okay."

"The area is noisy until 2 am. Good restaurants and coffee shops and in the area. Parking is difficult. Hotel has valet."

"Very cute place. This was very unexpected. Very clean hotel and didn’t think twice about looking for bed bugs here. The people are extremely sweet and caring Love that they treated my service dog as one of the family and was caring towards her as well. I will be back again"

"Another good visit to this property. The new exterior paint was a change (from Nassau pink to white) but the experience was good. I had to depart early due to a health issue and I was told I could expect some % as a refund (TBD). Keep up the good work! Hope to visit in "2025" !"
