"There were no staff from arrival to departure. The kitchen is very poorly supplied. The rooms are basic. The booking said clearly that we could pay on arrival, and we wanted to pay on our Canadian debit card, but the payment was taken on our English credit card a week or so before arrival. They have the market because there is so little accommodation in the area, but their winter service is awful."

"We were in Terrace to visit family over the holidays. An incident prevented us from getting to Terrace at a decent time, so being able to self check in after midnight was ideal. We loved the room. To wake up to the beautiful view of trees outside our deck, was such a treat. It was a spacious room with fire logs ready should we need them. Plenty of towels. It was perfect. We plan to visit our family more and I think we’ve found our home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

The scenery was breath taking; the lights at night made it feel magical. Our stay was not very long (only one night) but we enjoyed our time very much and look forward to visiting again in the future!! "
