Staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous and I felt well looked after. Oulu is a very pretty city and the people are very welcoming. "

"The front desk was extremely helpful to us...we were having problems with our phone's gps in finland. They did all they could to help us adjust. My one reservation is that this hotel does not allow guests to use the HDMI connection to watch their own programming (the only Scandic that did this) and offer no explanation. Also, although there is plenty of light weight English speaking programming, there is no English speaking NEWS. No explanation offered. Good restaurant on premises. Good location for train. "
