"Our room could’ve been cleaner. The curtain pull was broken. The shower doors were difficult to open and close. The toilet paper kept falling off of the ridiculously designed holder. The sheets and blankets were of good quality and clean, free of stains. The bed was a bit firm for my preference. Noise was an issue, but we were there for the motorcycle rally so I guess loud roaring engines is to be expected. The most disappointing thing was that the hot tub was not available and the pool area bar...

"This was part of the old Harrah's Reno. The rooms have held up ok, but the hallways And elevators have seen better days. Parking across the street is not terrible, as long as it's not winter. Not. Romantic destination, but fine for friends or family in a budget. "

"Found out this place is actually a timeshare but regardless the front desk staff were very courteous and welcoming. The place could use some modern upgrades like USB outlets and more updated furnishings but overall comfy and clean."

"The hotel overall is very nice, clean, updated, and very convenient. The prices at the cafe were very decently priced. I enjoyed a couple of nice sized lattes for under $3. I would definitely stay again. "
