"Although the hotel is a little far from downtown, be out of the crazy traffic of Rome is great. The staff is fantastic, and the restaurant is great. Great quality meals, decent price. I really enjoyed the stay in the Massini Garden Holden!!!"

"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"The AMAZING HOSPITALITY, CARE AND SERVICE provided by the staff was phenomenal. The advices, recommendations and guidance from the reception team, especially in English, made the stay all the more COMFORTABLE and MEMORABLE. Alesandro, Megan, Guilia and others in the wonderful team, will forever be a part of my memory bank for all the joyful kind deposits that they made during my 6 day stay in Rome! I will definitely visit this hotel, with my family, or on my own, AGAIN!!"

"Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again. "

Excellent Stay - but expensive laundry service

"The staff at the front counter were very friendly and helpful regarding our questions about food and transportation, as well as when we needed something in our room. The free breakfast was wonderful. We also at dinner once at the restaurant, and both food and cocktails were delicious. One (of many) reasons for picking this hotel was because they offered "laundry facilities" on-site. We were traveling from Paris and packed assuming we would do laundry upon arriving in Rome. Truth be told, it was a "laundry service" and turned out to be very expensive. I probably could have bought a new wardrobe for what I spent laundering them. "
