Welcome to Running Back Roost!
Situated on a wooded, fenced-in lot in a safe residential neighborhood, this 4 bedroom 2 bath home is a family's dream come true! The property can host 6 adults and space outside for 4 vehicles. Inside, you'll find everything you could possibly need; from making a home-cooked meal to kicking back and enjoying time with friends and family. The living room has games, a smart TV and comfortable seating. This is a pet friendly home with a fully fenced in backyard.
The kitchen has a coffee station so that everyone can stay fully caffeinated during your stay and every possible kitchen utensil you could need to cook a meal for yourself or the whole family! You even will receive a starter set of coffee supplies as well as a welcome basket of treats!
The first bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed. These bedrooms have access to the hallway tub/shower bathroom located in the hallway. The final bedroom has a king sized bed with a TV. This bedroom has an en-suite gorgeously renovated master bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The 4th room is a designated office space. There are 2 roll away twin beds that are available to set up for your reservation. Please request 48 hours in advance if these are needed during your stay.
The Amenities:
The outdoor area at Running Back Roost is absolutely divine! When you walk out onto the back patio, you will find plenty of seating! Hosting a grill-out? There is a propane grill with utensils! Ready to take a swim? Jump on in! There are plenty of pool toys for the kids, or those that are young at heart! The fully fenced in yard will keep your children happy and safe! There is even a pet door so your furry friend can come and go!
This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why. The owner has a dog, but it will not be there during your stay.
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
