This home is lovely. It is brand new so everything was in perfect condition and very clean. It has front and back porches where you can relax. The proximity to the University of Alabama campus is great. Highly recommend!

Graduation Party goers
This place was absolutely perfect for a small Graduation party! The back yard had a Great porch that will accommodate 15 seated people easily for dinner. It was cool enough for a fire in the fire pit. All rooms were clean and cozy! Beds slept very well! I would recommend this house to anyone! Only 5 minutes to downtown.

Perfect Family Space
Our family of 7 stayed here while some of us attended a BAMA student event. It took us about 10 mins to get to UA Student Union parking deck. The house was a nice size, room to spread out and sleep comfortably. The house looks new and was very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. They were quick to reply to VRBO messaging, and also checked in mid stay to see if there was anything we needed. Easy access to the house, plentiful supply of towels, nice showers. We cooked daily and the kitchen had enough cookware to meet our needs. We would definitely consider staying here again on another visit to the area.
