"The hotel was lovely and it was clear a lot of money had been spent renovating it recently. That being said there were some areas of our suite that were a little messy ( paint splatters etc ) and there was no daily turn down service unless at my own expense. I don’t expect it daily but think at least one room clean in our week long stay would’ve been good. Still very impressed and will look at coming back. "

"The property was clean and quiet. Parking right outside the door so that was easy. Check in was great and Front desk person was helpful as she provided us a book of all the cool things to do in Mesa. Property offers great value for what you pay to stay. "

"I booked a jacuzzi suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Tub was great! Two very large TVs. Not sure if there were fridge and microwave as i didnt need to use them. Coffeemaker. The receptionists were helpful and kind. The only downside, although it didnt affect me much is the lack of good soundproofing"

"This property appears to be used to house people who are possibly homeless or it is four lower scale customers. I used it for one night as a business customer and would not do so again, but it was clean and well maintained and people were friendly and caring."

"My daughter loved the hot tea options in the lobby. Wish my husband had been on this trip- he would have loved the pancake maker at breakfast! "We had a blast with our kids - ages 2 & 7!! Although we found the magiquest games to be difficult to understand, they still had fun waving the wand at the various spots around the property. Mini golf (very mini!) and bowling (also mini) were big hits though!! The water park itself is aweome. So much to do for kids of all ages! We stayed in the Grizzly Suite - it was a great size for us and we all slept well. We will definitely go back!!"
