"First off the property was so welcoming and charming. We had access to our local beach at the end of a short street that we could drive and park or walk with a cute little wagon with two beach chairs, towel and a beach umbrella! What a great idea. We had a fireplace and a beautifully comfortable bed in our room and a front porch to have a cocktail at night. A restaurant, firepit, outdoor games and a good size pool completed our stay. We LOVED it! Will we go back again? Yes, yes and yes! "

"This is a hard review to write. The “inn” is a renovated motel; ok room but no closet ( just a rod), small bathroom, well tended grounds, lovely pool. Quiet. Breakfast was good, but there was no coffee the first morning, due to a “delivery” issue. Seemed we were the only guests too. We never met a staff person - no need to check in, the room doors was left open and the keys on the table. No housekeeping unless you texted and specifically asked for it. We never actually saw anyone connected to...

"My family had a lovely stay here. You can't beat the location - it's a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need; plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, cooking supplies, beach chairs and beach towels, etc. The owner is very responsive and was quick to answer any questions or rectify any issues. Would recommend to others."

"We really looked forward to our vacation at the Cape as our children and grand children grew up vacationing there. We had not been back in 6 years. We really enjoyed the spacious back yard and the pool was refreshing after a warm day sitting on the beach. The accommodations were adequate for a multigenerational family.
