"Property was nice and cute. I read a lot of bad reviews before we went and was really worried, but we had a great experience. Our villa was cute and clean, little out dated but fine! Right on the little lake to paddleboard and what not. Tons to do on the property with kids. Reason for the 4stars is because of the staff, there was a few nice people but most were rude and very unsocialable. "Did not like the hounding to attend a time share presentation upon check in. The gentleman was overbearing and said because the resort has a partnership with Expedia, we were making a mistake to not attend. When I said, “ no thank you” he turned to my husband telling him that he needs to change my mind. Very uncomfortable. "

"This hotel was very lovely. It was immaculately cleaned. The only real complaint I have is that the Starbucks baristas didn't know how to make the drinks properly I would give them like two stars. And the food in that bar and grill gave me food poisoning. I just don't think the people in the food service areas of the restaurant are properly trained at what they're doing. Other than that the hotel was spectacular. "
