"Superb friendly service and staff, very nice hotel, I was upgraded from my petite queen to a normal one...sweet. Area a bit dodgy, but they have a night security guard, super restaurant strip right behind. Highly recommend eating at Chiho Bistro, the spicy beef soup is a winner and totally authentic! Walkable to many places, so location convenient. Would defo stay again. "

"This location and setting was perfect. My fiancé and I really enjoyed how the majority of attractions were within walking distance from the hotel. The whole staff and crew were very accommodating from the moment we arrived. Loise and Angel made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure our stay here was pleasant and enjoyable, so a special thank you to them. "I just came back from a conference for which I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is lovely hotel with beautiful decor and old world charm that I believe some people have called dated. The location is very convenient with a mall nearby and eateries everywhere around. The monorail leaves from the mall next door. I took the Link Lightrail from the airport which made the trip so smooth and easy and only $3. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with no noise from elevators or rooms next doors. Some outside sounds such as sirens could be heard at night. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators were fast and never busy. The staff are very kind and obliging, inquiring about any needs and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I went to Seattle. "
