"I only stayed for one night for work, but was impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. I was shown to my room and given a brief tour of the hotel amenities which was a nice touch. The room itself was quite small but decorated very nicely and had everything you’d need. The bed was extremely comfortable and was like sleeping on a cloud! The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime St railway station and lots of shops. Would happily stay again."

"Booked here for location directly between Coop Live and Piccadilly Station. Really close to both. Room was decent sized, beds very comfy. Shower not great but that's maybe down to personal preference. Didn't use the bar area although it did look busy. "

"It was to visit family and socialise, the location has everything. We were able to park the car up for the weekend and walk to everything. If we wanted to go further afield the tram service would have got us there."

"Very convenient location just a few minutes from Manchester Piccadilly. Excellent breakfast. The staff were all first class and a mention for Max in the bar who remembered our tea preference from the day before and couldn’t have been more helpful."
