Welcome to this newly renovated 2-bedroom in Norwalk, CT. This apartment is located minutes from some of the best restaurants in Norwalk, our mall The SoNo Collection, Maritime Aquarium, our train station, the Norwalk Hospital and much more. With high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout, this 2-bedroom 1 bath is equipped with all you'll need for a home away from home feel. Indoor fireplace and a private deck available for your use. 2 flights of stairs are required to access. Laundry is available for use.

As our guest please be courteous with our neighbors. Please keep volume to a minimum in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.

No pets allowed on furniture, if excessive amount of fur is found on the sofas and bed you will be charged for a dry cleaning fee.
-Early check-in fee: $30
-Late check-out fee: $30
-Failure to disclose a pet: $75 fine
-Events/Parties: $150 fine and removal from property
-Smoking: $100 fine and removal from property
-Missing towels/linens: fined per item

The property was clean. Beds not super comfortable. There are bees getting in the rental from somewhere. We had a good time and the space was perfect for what we needed. Lots of stairs to clumb

The place was clean. The parking was not very safe as it was right off the street with no sidewalk (cars drove so fast in the street). There was parking across the street, but only up to 4-hours. We didn’t realize the washer/dryer were not in the house, but in another part of the premises. The stairs gave our legs a good workout. There were a lot of stairs to climb. Probably not good for older people, or people with mobility issues. Other than that, it was ok.

Leaving Connecticut
Daughter leaving Connecticut and headed for California. Stairs where tough yellow jackets at the entrance made it difficult for me since I’m allergic. Overall nice place for a short trip.
