The Broadland village of Reedham has 2 village pubs, shop, fish and chip and a tea shop. Good walking, bird watching and fishing (in season, with the required licence) all available from your door step. Equidistant from the historic city of Norwich with cathedrals, theatres, museums,array of shops and cafés or to the coastal resorts of Great Yarmouth with traditional attractions and Petits Animal and Adventure Park, 1 mile. Reedham railway station, 1 mile. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Lovely Homely Cottage in a Beautiful Location
I stayed in this cottage with my Mum & 2 boys (age 5&6) & we had a wonderful week. It was very comfortable & well equipped. There is plenty of parking outside the front of the cottage which was never that busy. It’s located in a lovely peaceful village and the views of the river and beyond are wonderful. The village has two great pubs, a good fish & chip shop, local shop & cafe all within a couple of minutes walk. We found plenty of places to visit in the area, all within a 30 minute drive, including Great Yarmouth, Pettitts Adventure Park & we also visited Fairhaven Woodland & Water Gardens which is well worth a visit. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful house that is set right on the water's edge. It is remote enough so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet, yet only 20 minutes from Great Yarmouth and Norwisch-ideal! The house is beautifully maintained and very clean and tidy. Tony is an excellent host and his communication with us prior to and during arrival was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to others. It is suitable for families of 5, or 3 couples (as long as one couple doesn't mind bunk beds. Great amenities in the village including 3 pubs within 2 minutes of the cottage (both serve good food) a terrific café 1 minute walk from the cottage with awesome cream teas and a local shop selling all the necessities should you run out, oh and a chippy on Thurs, Fri & Sat nights!! What more could you want?
