The property is located just outside the picturesque market town of Reepham, in one of the most scenic parts of the UK. It is only 14 miles from Norwich, one of the UK's best tourist and shopping cities. A short scenic drive will take you to the amazing beaches of the north Norfolk. The whole area is geared up to the upmarket tourist trade but has not forgotten the smaller members of your party. There are literally lots of attractions within a short drive such as: several major theme parks, golf courses, world-class bird and seal watching, historical sites, steam railways, as well as the royal residence of Sandringham. Oh, and not to forget the unique and fascinating Norfolk Broads......... and did we mention the award winning beaches?
Wheelchair access is not perfect. The house is very old, and built in several stages. There are therefore slight steps to accommodate different ground floor levels. This is normal for houses of this age and standard. However, these small variances in floor levels makes wheelchair access awkward, but not impossible. Some doors are wide enough to allow access.
Please note that the broadband in the house is provided by a third-party supplier. We cannot be held responsible if the service dips or stops working for any reason outside of our control. Of course, we will endeavour to remedy the situation as promptly as we can, but as you will appreciate, we are reliant on the third party.
