"The overall impression of the Hilton Mystic was decent. It is a modern, clean, and easy to reach hotel. The check-in was nothing short of fantastic. The room, however, was adequate at best, the bed uncomfortable. The service in the bar, there for a beer around 9:00 p.m. was simply deplorable. I finished my beer and waited ten minutes for someone to attend me. One of the two bartenders was too busy watching the football game on the other side of the bar."

"Hotel was clean and at a good location for the area attractions we were visiting. Need to have a sign identifying the lobby/check in area. It looks like a parking garage. No ice bucket in rooms...sign on ice machine says they are available in lobby 1/4 mile from the ice machine. Just put a sticker on the tv table that says they are available in lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"This place was wonderful, i only gave it a 4 star because housekeeping never came by to refresh the room. I notified the front desk at 3 pm, and then at 5pm, i told them only to give me fresh towels and dont bother coming anymore at that point..i think the housekeeping staff is short handed."
