This beautiful house combines a short walk to Playa Guiones, or the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, with two internet fiber optic providers, phone, large pool, and deck; and fully equipped kitchen in the residential K section, considered the most prestigious area near the beach. The master (king bed) bedroom has an ensuite bath, with a large shower enhanced with Balinese river rocks to massage your feet. The second bath is a separate room with another large shower and sink. In addition there is another half bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the third can be twins or a king. All the bedrooms have large glass doors opening onto the pool deck and views of the treetops as well. There are individual ac units in the bedrooms. Balinese and other comfortable furniture, beautiful textiles, maid service once a week, daily pool service, very attentive owner and manager. This house is 15 years old and has been maintained with an open check book. However, it is not new,.. more like a perfect bungalow at the beach. Our gardens are epic, with big palms, and indigenous plants. We have a security alarm system, custom safe and all windows and doors are handled. You will just need to remember to use the system!! We are a premier host and proud of our five star reviews.
Mango Property Management is our trusted service who will greet you and be available for any issues that might occur. We also have a full time gardener, Jason, who knows the house and is onsite 6 days a week. A rarity in Nosara. Being close to Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort cannot be more of a great location. as BT offers more yoga classes, gym, juice bar etc. And, walking distance to Bakers
beach in Guiones is something quite privileged. As of June 17, have opened up dates for the next year....
