"A beautiful place to stay with extremely friendly and kind staff who treated us like family more than customers. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The room is cozy and very comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing for an evening swim. Breakfasts were healthy and satisfying. The coffee was perfect! Also within walking distance of the beach, shops, and many wonderful places to eat. We didn’t move our car once we had parked and enjoyed everything about the area. "
"Loved our stay at Hotel Guiones. Spaciale was a terrific host. Such a great Nosara vibe - very jungly, beautiful pool, restaurant, close to the beach, well stocked with drinks, paths around the rooms were well maintained and we loved our room - unusual to find a place with 3 beds. But our little patio was the best (see photo). Highly recommend!"

"Great overall just one really inconvenient thing was that for our 3 night stay we had to change room every single day which was a hassle and forced us to be at the property to do the moving every day at 1pm when we could have been at the beach or in town. "

"This is a beautiful little place. We enjoyed a week here with our 17 month old daughter. The pool is fantastic for little kids. The kitchen was well equipped. My chef husband was able to cook up some great meals in there. Pros: Clean, modern unitFriendly neighbours and staffOutside shower Pool areaLocation. 5 minute drive to shops and beachAir conditioning in every roomCons:The path in was not lit at all. We arrived at night and had trouble finding the place. No screen door so we were unable to leave the main door open for fresh air. No BBQPolyester sheets. "The condo was beautiful, clean and functional. It has a great pool, the common areas are clean and the other guests very friendly. The property manager was great, responsive and helpful. You'll need a car to get around as you're about a 12 minute drive to the beach and other amenities, which is no issue. The only down side is that there isn't much greenery around. It doesn't feel like you're necessarily in Costa Rica. If you're looking for the jungle experience, this may not be the place for you. Having said that this is a great option for a clean, safe and modern accommodation."
"We took our family to Nosara for a week over new years and stayed here. We have three children 9,12 & 14. They all shared the room downstairs and my husband and I stayed upstairs. The house was even nicer than the photos which never happens! We LOVED this house. Just a short drive to the beach. It up a short hill with views and feels like youre in the jungle which we loved. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the "downtown" area was so nice. The kids loved the pool. It really felt like a vacation. The towels were nice and they even had a great drying rack for our hang dry laundry and beach drying type things. I would go stay there again for sure. "
"This place was an absolute dream for me and my friends, and would recommend it for any group. The property has endless gold star benefits, my favorite being the huge yard. Being able to see the ocean from our yard, as well as to stand in the grass under the incredible Costa Rican night sky, was a blessing. The houses were clean, comfortable, and very well decorated, they felt like a real home. The pool is awesome too! Coltin was always on call for any and every question we had, and made his best effort to assist us in having the best stay possible. The property is very close to town, an easy 10-15 minute walk, and even closer to a great outdoor gym. Tuk tuks are readily available to pick you up, as well as golf cart rentals if you do not wish to walk. The property is also right next to an incredible pickleball facility, and a short drive from various event spaces. I highly recommend staying here, and after meeting Coltin, I would stay at any of his properties. "
