"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central. And the view from the 5th floor! Breathtaking. Very convenient to be shuttled from the train station. Thank you again. "

"Wonderful experience. Morning prayer fire ceremony with the tour of the temple was unforgettable. The temple has a piece of Buddha ashes. Shojin Ryori (Buddhist meal) was delicious and amazing. I would definitely be back for solo trip in the future. "

"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef.
